  1. All equipment / facilities within the studio are in good working order. It is your responsibility to alert a studio manager of any faulty equipment / facilities on arrival. Be Cool Studios Ltd will not be responsible for any losses if faults are not reported immediately.

  2. Be Cool Studios LtdEquipment is subject to change at any time without notice. Alternatives will be provided if the equipment list is unavailable.

  3. You must ensure you have insurance to cover loss, theft or damage to any of your equipment. Be Cool Studios LtdWill only insure and protect its own equipment / facilities.
